*1382Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Francis A. Affronti, J.), rendered June 14, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a nonjury verdict, of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
