This complaint was brought to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained in a rear-end collision between an automobile operated by the plaintiff, Richard G. Bookbinder, and one operated by the defendant, Charles W. Papi, and owned by the defendant, Vincent Rotondo. The cases were tried before a justice of the Superior Court sitting with a jury and resulted in verdicts for the defendants.
