BOB PEMBERTON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury verdict finding Ancira Enterprises, Incorporated (Ancira Enterprises) and An-cira GMC Trucks and Motor Homes, Inc. (Ancira GMC) hable for retaliatory discharge in violation of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA). See Tex. Lab.Code Ann. § 21.001-262 (West 1996 <& Supp.2004-05). The judgment further held Ancira GMC and Ancha Enterprises jointly and severally hable to pay appellee, Frances Fischer, back pay, compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and prejudgment and post-judgment interest.…
