Mary E. Aulgur, appellant herein, filed petition in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis asking for an accounting between her and George Strodtman, the latter doing business under the style and firm name of Strodtman & Strodtman. Defendant Strodtman filed answer and counterclaim, and plaintiff replied with a general denial. The case was referred for a trial of all issues and report of findings to the court.
