delivered the opinion of the court.

This case involves an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Champaign county, denying appellants’ motion to dissolve an interlocutory injunction, and the appeal, under the statute, involves no other issue.

The case made by the charges in the bill which, by the motion, are admitted to be true, shows that on January 25, 1922, John W. Reardon and J. R. Harmon, as copartners, and John W. Reardon, individually, executed assignments and conveyances of all of their property to A. M. Burke of Champaign and O. L. Gilmore of…
