Plaintiffs appeal a trial court order dismissing their cause of action against defendants. 1 Dismissal was granted on defendant’s motion after plaintiffs refused to obey the court’s discovery order requiring each plaintiff to be deposed without the presence of the other co-plaintiffs. 2

Suit was initiated by plaintiffs to recover for personal injuries allegedly sustained when the automobile in which they were riding was struck from behind by defendant’s bus, which was being driven by defendant, Sutton.
