Mrs. W. A. Brooks, the daughter of B. H. Parker, deceased, filed suit against Mrs. M. C. Sims and herself, as executrices of the will of B. H. Parker, their father, alleging that the estate of B. H. Parker was indebted to her in the sum of $3048 for services rendered by her to him during his lifetime, as per statement of account attached to the petition.
