MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Before the Court is plaintiff Catlin (Syndicate 2003) at Lloyd’s (“plaintiff Catlin”)’s motion for reconsideration. Having considered plaintiff Catlin’s motion and memorandum of law (Docket Nos. 114 & 115), as well as defendant San Juan Towing & Marine Services, Inc.’s opposition (Docket No. 118), the Court finds that it enjoys *258both diversity and admiralty jurisdiction over the complaint.
