The issue here raised is whether the defendant Town of Nantucket violated the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution by revoking the plaintiff O’Neill’s license to operate at a particular place amusement machines without having given the plaintiff a right to cross-examine adverse witnesses.
