12This is an appeal by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, a National Banking Association F/K/A Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-3, intervenor-appellee, in this nullity *1185action involving an irrevocable trust.
