OPINION
WEISBERGER, Justice.
This case comes before us on appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing the plaintiffs complaint in response to a motion for judgment on the pleadings filed pursuant to Rule 12(c) of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure. We affirm the judgment. The facts, insofar as pertinent to this appeal, are as follows.
