This is a suit for injunction under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the Fourteenth Amend*273ment. The plaintiff in the present case, Suzanne Clark, has previously litigated in the Iowa state courts a question of title to real property formerly owned by her deceased mother, Feme R. Clark. The other party in the state-court litigation, George H. Clark, is one of the defendants in this case and is Suzanne’s brother.
