On June 13, 2011, appellant April Gallop petitioned, through counsel, for rehearing of an April 27, 2011 decision of this Court affirming the judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Denny Chin, Judge). See Gallop v. Cheney, 642 F.3d 364 (2d Cir.2011).
