SUMMARY ORDER
Plaintiff-Appellant Zdzislaw Kwiatkow-ski, pro se, appeals from the District Court’s judgment dismissing the complaint. Kwiatkowski also challenges the various denials of his motions to recuse the District Judge. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the facts and record of the prior proceedings, to which we refer only as necessary to explain our decision to affirm.
