Introduction

John Coleman (Movant) appeals from the motion court’s judgment denying his amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Judgment and Sentence filed pursuant to Rule 29.151 (post-conviction motion) after an evidentiary hearing. We reverse and remand.

Factual and Procedural Background

On June 27, 2013, a jury found Movant guilty of first-degree robbery.
