The parties were married August 18,1918. After *280a short wedding journey they lived in Norwood. On November 17,1918, the petitioner left the hospital where she had been treated for influenza and went to her parents’ home in Boston, where she told her husband she could not return to him, that she “had been informed by surgeons who had attended her, that it was physically impossible for her to have sexual relations with any man without grave peril to her.”
