Introduction

Before the court is a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 64) filed by General Motors Corporation (“GM”). Both GM and the Plaintiff have submitted depositions, discovery responses and other documentation in their efforts to satisfy their respective burdens under Celotex Corp. v. Catrett, 477 U.S. 317, 106 S.Ct. 2548, 91 L.Ed.2d 265 (1986) and its progeny.
