At the close of the trial both parties moved for a directed verdict. The plaintiffs are copartners, doing an export business in Italy and New York city. The Union Food Products Company is also a copartnership, engaged in business in New York city in the importation of food products. The defendant is a banking corporation, incorporated under the laws of New York State.
