This matter comes before the court on two motions, filed November 4, 1983, by defendant in response to plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. The first is a motion for leave to file out of time its motion for enlargement of time, and the second is a motion for enlargement of time, until November 10, 1983, to respond to plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.
