MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ELAINE E. BUCKLO, District Judge.

Defendant Max Rave, LLC (“Max Rave”) has filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to transfer the above captioned case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. For the following reasons, I deny defendant’s motion.

Plaintiff Hristo Gueorguiev’s complaint alleges Max Rave violated Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”) amendment, 15 U.S.C. § 1681c(g), to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq. (“FCRA”) when it printed a cash register receipt which displayed plaintiffs…
