Pending before the Court are two Rule 12(b)(6) motions to dismiss, one filed by Defendants HSBC Bank, USA, N.A.1 (“HSBC”) and Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC (“Ocwen”), and the other by Defendant Les Zieve (“Zieve”), each asserting the Complaint fails to state claims upon which relief may be granted.
