ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

SINGAL, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) (Docket # 2). Defendant filed its motion after removing this case from Kennebec County Superior Court on grounds of diversity jurisdiction. For the reasons laid out below, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion.
