DECISION AND ORDER
MARRERO, District Judge.
Following a five-day trial of this action, the jury returned verdicts in favor of defendant, the City of New York (the “City”), on all of plaintiff Evelyn C. Sanders’s (“Sanders”) racial and sexual discrimination claims. At the close of evidence, the parties cross-moved for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Rule 50(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
