This matter comes upon the complaint of plaintiffs, Dominick & Dominick, Incorporated and Dominick Investor Services Corporation (“Dominick”), seeking a determination of the dischargeability of certain debts and, in the alternative, the denial of a discharge in bankruptcy of the debtor, defendant Roger Gorton Baxter.
