ORDER

McMILLAN, District Judge.

On April 6, 1979, a nine-page order was entered which set out the background facts of this case and scheduled an evidentiary hearing on petitioner’s claim that he was deprived of due process of law by a lengthy and prejudicial cross-examination, for “impeachment,” by the prosecutor. The evidentiary hearing was later conducted; both the prosecutor and the defense counsel testified.
