Reversing.

The appellee, Palmer Hotel Go., operated a-hotel in Paducah, and there was issued to it by the appellant company a contract of insurance by which it obligated itself to indemnify the hotel company against loss occasioned' by damages it might sustain on account of injury or death suffered by any person while a passenger in its elevator, subject to conditions that will" be later noticed.
