THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiff Darryl Long’s Motion for Condi*297tional Class Certification and Court Authorized Notice under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b). (Doc. No. 43). For the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED.
