SIMON, Presiding Judge.

Defendant, Joel Lee Masslon, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of driving without a valid operator’s license. Trial was before a jury in the Circuit Court of St. Charles County. The jury found defendant guilty as charged. Defendant was sentenced to two consecutive seven year terms of imprisonment on the involuntary manslaughter charges and to a ninety day term of imprisonment for driving without a valid operator’s license to run concurrently with the manslaughter sentences.
