MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

DIANA E. MURPHY, District Judge.

Plaintiff David Price brought this action against Viking Press, Inc. (Viking), 1 Peter Matthiessen, and Bruce Ellison, alleging defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false light invasion of privacy, and prima facie tort. He seeks compensatory damages of $25 million, as well as punitive damages, interest, costs, and attorney’s fees.
