MEMORANDUM OPINION

JEFFERY A. DELLER, Bankruptcy Judge.

These matters are core proceedings in which this Court has proper subject matter jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2)(A) and (0) and 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b).

The matters before the Court consist of the following: (1) the Court’s Rule to Show Cause Why Bankruptcy Case Should Not Dismissed, and (2) the Debt- or’s Motion to Vacate the Court’s May 22, 2009 Orders 1 which previously (a) confirmed that no automatic stay exists in this case as a result of the Debtor’s multiple bankruptcy filings pursuant to 11 U.S.C § 362(c)(4), (b) denied the…
