Before the Court is a Motion for Partial Dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) brought by Defendants Giovanti Homes (Giovanti), MRD, L.L. (MRD), and Michael DeMaris (DeMaris) (collectively, Defendants). Plaintiff Christopher-Feld-hacker (Feldhacker) resists. The Court conducted a hearing on the motion on February 22, 2016.
