In September, 1933, one Arthur E. York, of Corning, Ark., had ón file with the Administrator of Veterans’ Affairs claims for accrued compensation because of injuries sustained by him in the military service of the United States in the World War. September 9, 1933, appellant received a letter from one E. L. Holloway, attorney for said soldier, requesting his aid in securing payment of the claim.
