Plaintiff brought this action to foreclose a 7,500-dollar mortgage executed by Carrie P. Person, owner, and Per Person, her husband, on 160 acres of land in Wayne county, Nebraska. The judgment of the trial court awarded to plaintiff a first lien upon the real estate for the sum of $7,500, and ordered the land sold for the satisfaction of said lien, the defendants having failed to redeem within a *802period of 20 days.
