Does the immunity from liability given a county road commission by MCL 250.61; MSA 9.901, for deficiencies in the maintenance of that portion of a state trunk line highway which the county road commission has contracted with the Michigan State Highway Commission to maintain, extend to deficiencies which constitute a nuisance, trespass, or condemnation of property?
