Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Elliott Wilk, J.), entered June 10, 1985, which, inter alia, denied plaintiff-appellant’s motion for summary judgment against defendant-respondent cross-appellant in the sum of $150,000 plus interest, unanimously reversed, on the law, to the extent appealed from, and plaintiff-appellant’s motion for summary judgment is granted, with costs.
