This action is by plaintiff Margaret Wodetzky, an infant, by her guardian ad litem, for personal injuries, and by plaintiff Elmer Wodetzky, her father, for expenses incurred because of such injuries, against the board of education of the city of New York and the city of New York, and is based upon negligence in that it is alleged that the infant plaintiff was caused to fall on a slippery and unsafe floor and by virtue of the improper supervision by the board of education and the city of New York, its agents, servants and/or employees in class 3B-4 in Public School No. 70, located at…
