JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Carla Carson ("defendant"), appeals her convictions for two counts of theft. After reviewing the facts of the case and pertinent law, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On February 8, 2007, defendant was observed at Dillards department store in Strongsville, Ohio, via surveillance video cameras operated by Dillards loss prevention officer Gary Narolewski. Narolewski saw defendant conceal a perfume gift set in her shopping bag and put a handful of jewelry in her pocket.
