OPINION OF THE COURT

HEIMBURG, Judge:

In a bench trial, appellant pleaded guilty to premeditated murder, escape from confinement, assault and battery on a security policeman, larceny and wrongful appropriation.1 Appellant has asserted nine errors; *846we find admission of one prosecution exhibit erroneous, but affirm the findings and sentence.
