Annie C. Hyde, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, who was a passenger in a car driven by Richard Lloyd Gammon, was injured when that vehicle collided with a truck driven by William F. Gunter. The plaintiff has recovered a verdict and judgment of $5,000 for damages for her injuries against both Gammon and Gunter. No appeal has been taken by Gunter and the judgment against him has become final.
