MEMORANDUM ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL
McMAHON, District Judge.
Plaintiffs’ Motion For A New Trial Pursuant To Rule 59 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is denied, without the need for any response by defendant. 1
