SEYMOUR, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Instructional Systems Development Corporation (ISDC) brought an antitrust action against Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (Aetna) and Doron Precision Systems, Inc. (Doron). ISDC alleged, inter alia, that Aetna and Doron had conspired to violate sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2 (1982), and that Doron individually had violated section 2. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of both defendants on the two conspiracy claims, and in favor of Doron on the section 2 claim. 1 On appeal, ISDC contended that the court erred in…
