MEMORANDUM

TIMOTHY J. MAHONEY, Chief Judge.

Hearing was held in Lincoln, Nebraska, on October 18, 2004, on the United States’ motion to alter, amend, or reconsider (Fil.# 144) and resistance by the debtor (Fil.# 147).
