OPINION

BAILEY, Judge.

Case Summary

Appellants-Plaintiffs A.C. and J.C., by their next friend, Kimberly Kemp, (collectively, "Appellants") appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to correct error. We reverse and remand with instructions. 1
