This is the second appeal of this case. The opinion on the former appeal is reported in 223 Ky. 289, 3 S. W. (2d) 620. Granville Hounshell, in his lifetime, was the owner of a large tract of land, comprising some 1,000 acres more or less, and which is referred to in the record as the home place, to distinguish it from some other lands he owned.
