—-This cause is here on an appeal from a final decree dated August 12, 1937, entered in the Circuit Court of Escambia County, Florida, finding the equities of the suit, largely, with the plaintiff below. The final decree, broadly speaking, held that: (a)'the capital stock of the Gulf Securities Holding Corporation appearing in the names of Fred A. Lange, Jr., Lillian Lange and Walter W. Lange was and is now the property and assets of the Estate of Fred A. Lange, Sr., and that the plaintiff, Helen Dawson Lange, wife of the late Fred A.
