ORDER REGARDING ORDER AND MANDATE DIRECTING VACATUR

This is a case involving a contested life insurance policy. Jurisdiction is based upon 28 U.S.C.A. § 1441(a). We entered a final judgment in this matter on November 17, 1992 and the judgment was appealed. This matter comes before the District Court following the order of the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit directing this Court to vacate its prior judgment and order and to dismiss the complaint.
