Winn-Dixie Montgomery, Inc. v. Henderson

Winn-Dixie Montgomery, Inc., appeals from a $45,000.00 jury verdict in favor of Bobby Henderson. Winn-Dixie has been successful on two prior appeals to this Court involving the same fraud claim.
