The two above-entitled actions were, by order of court, consolidated and tried together. Bentley v. Hurlburt is an action to recover installments claimed to be due on twenty-five contracts for the sale by Bentley to Hnrlbnrt of lots of land in the city of Santa Monica, Los Angeles County.
