This is an article 78 (Civ. Prac. Act) proceeding, and thereby petitioner seeks a final order annulling certain action of .the respondent Dutchess County Civil Service Commission by resolution of May 8, 1959, purporting to revoke his certification to the eligible list and his appointment as police sergeant of the City of Beacon.
