Quality Mercury, Inc. appeals from the district court’s grant of judgment on the pleadings in favor of the defendants pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c).
The pleaded facts may be summarized as follows. Quality is an automobile dealer in Bloomington, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. It sells Mercury automobiles, which are manufactured by defendant Ford Motor Co. and marketed by the Lincoln-Mercury division of defendant Ford Marketing Corp.
